ingredients
1/2 C sugar (100g)
200g margarine or butter
2T Condensed Milk
1t Baking powder
1c Flour
1 t Essence
1/2 c of Inclusions (eg choc chips)
method
- Preheat Oven to bake 180℃
- Cream the Butter or Margarine ( Room Temperature ) and Sugar together in a large Bowl.
- To the creamed mixture add Condensed Milk and beat with wooden spoon. add the Es-sender.
- sift the flour and the baking powder. Add to the mixture. Mix.
- Add you inclusions to the dough. Mix gently.
- Use a teaspoon to scoop out dough (23g - 30g)
- Roll Into balls using the palns of your hands.
- Place on baking paper on tray. press lightly with fork or plam of your hands to flatten dough slightly.
- Bake 180℃ of 10 to 15 mins or fan Bake 170℃
