Making sherbet

 Aim: I wont to find out how to make sherbet

Method:
Equipment:
  • Raro
  •  citric acid
  • Baking soda
  • Popsicle stick
  • paper
instructions:
  1. Wash your hands
  2. Get your equipment
  3. put the paper on the table 
  4. Get a pile of the 3 powders
  5. using your Popsicle stick mix some of each powder
  6. taste the sherbet
  7. if there is too much baking soda add more citric acid 
  8. If there is too much citric acid add baking powder
  9. To improve the flavor add more raro

Vinegar and citric acid are both a type of chemical called an acid. ... When you mix baking soda with either vinegar or citric acid some of the atoms recombine into carbon dioxide gas, and as the gas escapes the sherbet it makes it fizz and bubble up in your mouth.
