Method
Equipment:
- White sugar
- golden syrup
- baking soda
- table spoon
- sauce pan
- cookie cuter
- baking paper
- Bunsen burner
- tripod
Instructions
- get your equipment
- wash your hands
- turn on the Bunsen burner
- set up tripod
- Put sauce pan on top of the tripod
- Add 5 table spoons of sugar to the pot
- add 2 table spoons of golden syrup
- mix it together and let boil for 2 minuets
- turn off the gas and add 1 table spoons baking soda
- Mix it so it doesn't burn
- scrape the hokey pokey on to the baking paper
- let it cool for at least 30sc or more
- press a cookie cutter into the hokey pokey
